Access is planned, never assumed. Accreditation, filming permission, copyright and venue rules remain event-specific. We only work from positions that are lawful and approved for the assignment.

Venue and position
Share a seating plan, course map or reference photographs so we can assess distance, angle and obstructions.
Permissions and schedule
Confirm organiser permission, access windows, rehearsal opportunities and any limits on tripods, camera size or recording.
Required output
Tell us whether the priority is still photography, continuous video, slow motion, social formats or a combination.
